Dear, Mike
We want to send you this letter to express our sincere thanks for the wonderful job you did building our dream house at Deepwater Point road on Lake Michigan.
As you know, this was our first experience building a house in the USA and we had many, many doubts on how that would be. From the very first meeting we had you gave us the impression that you would be taking care of us...and you did. You and your outstanding team (Bob, Dave, Scott, Mike, the different crews, the office support—always willing to help and expidite things—and others that we are surely forgetting right now), helped us along the way and gave us "piece of mind" when it was needed. Your advise, willingness to change things and...patience were remarkable.
We would also point out thatwe were deeply impressed on how you helped us stay on budget and how we managed to do all the extra things we wanted to do without "going broke." We thank you for that as well.
So here we are, with our house ready and looking like a dream. And, as we mentioned to you when we were close to completion,....we almost felt sad that the building process was ending since meeting with all of you on so many Saturdays—when we would come up from Midland, had become a regular event and soemthing that we enjoyed quite a bit.
Our sincere thanks for an outstanding work and for helping us so much along the way.

We first met Mike Ferraro two years ago when we were searching for property and a builder. We knew we would be moving to the Traverse City area within a year and had a concept of the type of house we wished to move into. Thanks to Mike's hard work and his adherence to quality standards we have the house of our dreams.
Few builders are willing to spend up to six months going over plans with a client before a shovel of dirt is turned over! Mike listened to our wants and needs and still allowed us to do as much of the leg work and "sweat equity" as we wanted to do. All throughout the building process, Mike was there with help and advise. He was on site almost daily including the weekends. Any problems we noticed were usually fixed within a day and Mike never questioned our judgement, if we felt it wasn't right, then it was fixed to our satisfaction.
There is no doubt as to our next builder. We will use Ferraro Builders for our future homes and look forward to that happening as soon as we find the piece of property that fits our criteria.

Thank you for the superior work you performed on our "new" old cabin at a very fair price. I believe you put some of the "big" old time contractors to shame.

Thank you again for the wonderful house warming gift of breaking in our new home with the specialty chef and her delicious cuisines. Our friends and we had a great time anad were so happy you could join us.
Mike, we know we have said this so many times, but we cannot thank you enough for building us such a beautiful home. Your attention to the homeowner was tanamount to your attention to all the little details. We knew this was going to be a huge project, but never imagined the seemingly countless details that had to be considered. The building process definitley would have been overwhelming had it not been for the thoroughness and patience you and your team provided as you guided us through.
Our spectacular view of lake Michigan is equaled by the fine craftsmanship that is exemplified in our home. We don't anticipate building again, but if we do, you will certainly be the builder.

What a wonderful building experience you provided! We still have to rave to our friends and family of how absolutely thorough, courteous and responsive your team was in guiding us through all stages of planning, designing and construction. Moreover, as you know, I was very impressed with your ability to deliver an exceptional home ahead of schedule. This made our relocation much less stressful.
We really appreciated the comfort level you instilled in us, especially since we were not in the area on a regular basis during construction. The sincere personal interest you demonstrated really was the "icing on the cake" that convinced us you were the person to build our home. You and your team's ability to always keep us informed, taking the time to explain things in a manner we could understand, and always initiating ideas and options that were so very helpful really made for an enjoyable experience.
