We are so excited about our new home! It is so hard to just say ìthank youî for the excellent job that was done by all the workers. Every phase of the construction was done with care and expertise. You have found the best of the best in sub-contractors in Traverse City.
We appreciate the time you took in the initial phase of designing the house. Your ideas and suggestions were very helpful. We spent many hours figuring out where the fireplace would go and how the stairs would be positioned — both look perfect in the great room! The kitchen is exactly as we wanted it to be. The Ferraro Signature cabinets are beautiful. Dave was so helpful with the design and listened to what we wanted. Lori will spend countless hours cooking and baking in such an efficient and comfortable space! You kept to the budget and worked with us to keep costs under control, something everyone hopes to accomplish when building a home.
After looking at other homes you had built we were impressed with the foam board instead of just the "Tyvek" wrap, the finish carpentry, and the built-ins and extras that make a house special. We have already had so many positive comments about the detail and finish work in our home, we know we made the right decision in choosing Ferraro Builders!

Dear Mike,
We want to send you this letter to express our sincere thanks for the wonderful job you did building our dream house at Deepwater Point road on Lake Michigan.
As you know, this was our first experience building a house in the USA and we had many, many doubts on how that would be. From the very first meeting we had you gave us the impression that you would be taking care of us...and you did. You and your outstanding team (Bob, Dave, Scott, Mike, the different crews, the office support—always willing to help and expedite things—and others that we are surely forgetting right now), helped us along the way and gave us "piece of mind" when it was needed. Your advise, willingness to change things and...patience were remarkable.
We would also point out that we were deeply impressed on how you helped us stay on budget and how we managed to do all the extra things we wanted to do without "going broke." We thank you for that as well.
So here we are, with our house ready and looking like a dream. And, as we mentioned to you when we were close to completion,....we almost felt sad that the building process was ending since meeting with all of you on so many Saturdays—when we would come up from Midland, had become a regular event and something that we enjoyed quite a bit.

It is said that the majority of people would not choose the same builder a second time around. We would definitely choose Mike Ferraro again.
We immediately liked Mike and felt comfortable talking to him. It certainly helped seeing his multiple award-winning Parade homes and the attention to detail his team has mastered.

We first met Mike Ferraro two years ago when we were searching for property and a builder. We knew we would be moving to the Traverse City area within a year and had a concept of the type of house we wished to move into. Thanks to Mike's hard work and his adherence to quality standards we have the house of our dreams.
Few builders are willing to spend up to six months going over plans with a client before a shovel of dirt is turned over! Mike listened to our wants and needs and still allowed us to do as much of the leg work and "sweat equity" as we wanted to do. All throughout the building process, Mike was there with help and advise. He was on site almost daily including the weekends. Any problems we noticed were usually fixed within a day and Mike never questioned our judgment, if we felt it wasn't right, then it was fixed to our satisfaction.
There is no doubt as to our next builder. We will use Ferraro Builders for our future homes and look forward to that happening as soon as we find the piece of property that fits our criteria.
